Throughout my career, I have continued to freelance in video production. This has enabled me to keep an eye on trends and to continue sharpening my skills. When freelancing I, operate a camera, shoot and edit videos, assist in creative planning, video direct and engineer for live events.

As the Manager of Video and Broadcast, I was the primary contact for all corporate web broadcasts for our North American offices. The stakeholders included a Fireside Chat with the Group CEO, Town Hall meetings for the two North American Divisional Presidents, All Hands meetings for the North America IT group and Town Hall meeting for other Business Units throughout the company. While at CRH Americas, I also shot and edited video projects for corporate communications. These projects were CEO and Executive messaging, financial and safety updates, business highlights, recruitment initiatives and other corporate messaging.

As the Director of Video Systems for North Point Community Church, I obtained a wide variety of experiences - both creative and technical. In my role, I oversaw the local video production of a weekly service with multiple live broadcasts for over 25,000 constituents, while utilizing professional broadcast equipment from manufacturers such as: Ross, Imagine Communications, ClearCom, Ikegami and many others. I am experienced in the technical training and problem solving involved in a weekly broadcast.
