We train professional security officers for the State of Florida to obtain their license. We also offer other training in medical field.

 Managed and enforced community orders made by the courts.  Prepared reports to determine whether a prisoner should be released and under what conditions and stipulations deemed by the court.  Helped prisoners to reintegrate into the community after prison.  Managed approved premises which provide accommodation for people on bail or probation or offenders on parole.  Attended court, sometimes to testify about written recommendations in reports.

Security Supervisor - City Walk / Resort

 Supervises the daily operation for Parking and Transportation which includes, but not limited to Toll Plaza, Parking Structures, and Kennel Bus/Taxi/Guest Drop off loop, Wheelchair rental facility, Valet Operation, Resort Yacht Operation, Resort Bus Operation.  Ensures daily operating logs and employee records are accurately maintained. Responsible for team member scheduling, performance appraisals, team member incidents, payroll issues, attendance and general counseling. Coaches and motivates team members to promote safe and efficient work areas while also exceeding guest expectations of courtesy and cleanliness. Operates as a contact for Special Events, Fleet Maintenance, various equipment vendors, etc. Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policy, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities.

All while maintaining a strong connection to trends, best business and security practices. The ability to achieve results through superior leadership, role modeling, effective communication and driving accountability at all levels.  Developed relationships skills while delivering exceptional service through partnerships with key business partners and supporting law enforcement agencies. Demonstrated leadership abilities with follow-through skills, demonstrated knowledge of Walt Disney World property and resources, proven knowledge and implementation of emergency preparedness planning and business continuity. As well as the ability to be flexible with work schedule, including all shifts, weekends and holidays. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency within the windows platform, strong Guest Service skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, ability to build and motivate teams, ability to build strong partnerships, ability to manage conflict/resolution, strong coaching and mentoring skills, budget and scheduling management skills. Proven knowledge of integrated access control techniques and monitoring systems, experience interacting with Executives in a Fortune 500 Company, knowledge of Florida state statutes and experience interacting with law enforcement, working knowledge of investigative and intelligence services both private and government.

 Advises and updates senior drill sergeant and junior officers on trainee and team readiness, safety and accountability. Participated in the Drill Sergeant Preparatory Course.  Completed required modules for qualification to attend Drill Sergeant School.  Worked closely with pre-basic training soldiers instructing required modules and provides training with emphasis on drill and ceremony, customs and courtesies, physical fitness, basic rifle marksmanship, military discipline and bearing and Army Values. Provided support to local Army Reserves and ROTC units assisting with basic rifle marksmanship, land navigation, administration of APFT, and other basic combat training tasks.  Served as a Drill Sergeant in a Basic Combat Training (BCT) company.  Responsible for individual training, supervision, and development of 40-60 Initial Entry Training Soldiers per nine week cycle. Responsible for ensuring standards are met to provide the U.S. Army with disciplined, physically and morally fit Soldiers, competent in warrior core tasks, who can fight and win regardless of MOS.  Coordinated and integrated logistics, maintenance, and safety in all platoon operations.

 Serve as Acting Commander of a police precinct in the absence of the Precinct Commander. Manage day-to-day operations of a police precinct staffed by 15 police officers. Directly supervise 5-member team providing administrative, accreditation, budget, and logistical support. Develop strategic plans, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient operations. Formulate and implement crime reduction strategies to reduce robberies, burglaries, and auto thefts. Establish, develop, and maintain liaisons with public, private, and business organizations to implement community oriented policing objectives and/or resolve problems.Law Review and approve operational plans for special events and crime enforcement projects. Mentor and train managers, supervisors, and first line personnel.  Supervised teams of police officers and supervisors who responded to 911 emergency calls. Managed public safety emergencies, directed operations at large scale crime scenes, developed and implemented strategies to respond to emerging crime trends. Prepared, reviewed, and approved performance appraisals for subordinate supervisors and employees; established performance objectives for subordinate supervisors and employees.
