My territory is the Florida Keys. I am responsible for thirteen locations 8 convenience stores and 5 Subways. Three Subways are stand alone two are combined with convenience stores. I have full responsibility for all line items on P&L including maintenance. My team building continues to be one of my strongest talents with a minimal amount of turnover. The district continues to grow sales over last year every month. My district maintains less than 1% shrink, cash and inventory combined.

* Placed as District Manager for 10 locations that had been underperforming for several years. Turned district around to reach goal and make district over budget in sales by controlling cash and inventory to 1% shrink, reducing controlled expenses and was over budget in operating profit by the end of the 3rd quarter.* Accepted responsibility for 2nd underperforming district in June 2009 while still overseeing my current district. Reached goal to be above budget in operating profit by 3rd quarter. Achieved by increasing sales and reducing variable expenses.* Reached goal of training district Training Specialist and have full responsibility of this salaried employee as well as all district employees.* Only district manager with GPM Investments, LLC to earn 18 out of 20 quarterly bonuses and all 5 annual bonuses.

* Responsible for 11 convenience stores, 3 truck stops, 1 travel center and 2 restaurant franchises. Responsibilities included Marketing, Human Resources and Daily Operations of 17 Retail Profit Centers and Accounting Staff.* Produced first P & L for the companies retail stores in 2 years.* Food service franchises were Hardees and Chester’s Chicken. Also responsible for 14 proprietary delis.* Ultimately branded all proprietary delis as Charlie Biggs and created customized art work and fountain program. * Signed contracts and maximized profits for National Brand vendors.* Opened first new site that company had built from ground up in 20 years. Site complete with Chester’s Fried Chicken franchise.* Reduced cash and inventory losses to ½ percent of total retail sales.* Controlled labor budget to 15% of total retail sales.

* Increased retail sales from a monthly average of $37,000.00 to $52,000.00 per month.* Increased average gas gallons from 57,000 gallons a month to 75,000 gallons a month.* I credit my ability to produce those increases by using my experience in inventory control, product mix and great customer service.

* Supervised largest gas and retail sales territory.* Played instrumental role in developing OUTRAGEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE program that is still extremely successful in the company.
