Quality Control Manager / CFO / Service PlannerLead the management of the QA services and the team of people in the area at national level reporting to the international management.Evaluate the performance of the area at national level by analysing the KPIs on a monthly and project basis.Review or preparation of documentation associated with tenders or technical-commercial proposals.Review of contracts and negotiation with Clients in the signing phase of services to third parties.Person in charge of planning and strategically dimensioning the structure of the technical team in order to offer the service in the field under the highest quality conditions.Responsible for maintaining the quality control plan in the field and in the projects in operation in accordance with the best practices and standards of the market and national regulations.Responsible for managing all tasks and activities associated with on-site quality control during the different phases of development, construction and operation services, as well as managing the staff associated with on-site quality control, including the management of inventory control, incident control, contract compliance, etc.Responsible for managing the preparation of internal and external service reports, carrying out the analysis of non-conformities and incidents, accompanying the management of complaints to suppliers and following up on opportunities for improvement.Lead the dialogue with the clients of the projects in the country, supervising deliverables and shipments, as well as supporting the presentation of results when appropriate.Responsible for reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements and managing relationships with key partners and suppliers during the development and construction phases in coordination with Procurement and Operations.Responsible to ensure appropriate liaison with other areas and departments in the company and in cross-functional follow-up meetings.
