When I originally starting working with Crystal she was a Clinical Project Coordinator and then promoted to a Senior CPC. She eventually moved into a clinical project management role in March 2010 as an Associate Clinical Project Manager. She has quickly become part of my Department taking a key role on a large international study. As a member of the PM Team, Crystal has offered a nice blend of site support knowledge, TMF and CTMS as she has been promoted within the organization and has been a key player in supporting and training CPC as the group has grown. Although Crystal has not had the opportunity to run all aspects of a clinical study, her exposure and support role in third party vendor management and site payment management has given her the baseline skills. The one thing that I have always appreciate from Crystal is her willingness to take on more responsibility, openness to learning new process, and the her humble nature. If Crystal continues on her current path, I have no doubt that she will have a long and successful career within Clinical Operations.
