Responsible for developing new community partnerships with a focus on membership, program, volunteer growth, and impact with major employers in the region. Growing memberships from large employee groups. Responsible for planning and driving faith-based initiatives for YMCA members, employees, volunteers and the communities we serve across the six-county service area. This included providing guidance, support, resources and tools to the 20 individual YMCAs across the Association.Grew church partnerships at 13 centers adding more than $1M in contributed support, membership and usage fees. Implemented technology-based solutions that were cost-effective and simple for both volunteers and staff. Execution of three new technology solutions for event production, online event registration, and child check-in systems. This included research of both hardware and software options that worked within a tight budget and robust performance requirement. 

Developed and executed a strategic plan for replacing aging hardware and software minimizing impact on budget and increasing productivity of employees. This plan included server upgrade, integrated cloud server-based backup, scheduled replacement of individual computers, and increased reliability in multi-campus WIFI.
