During my time at Burrows Motor Company, Moore Insight Ltd and LittleFish Ltd, Ihave grown a fetter understanding of the service management and delivery processwithin my assigned contracts, from managing incoming queries to organising the scopefor what a new company requires within the realm of IT. I have fallen in love withdeveloping better processes and procedures to better improve the service and projectswithin my roles.I enjoy being set a goal and smashing it out of the park as well as just sitting in front of a comms cabinet for a few hours and organising cables and layouts, I have tried to make myself as diverse as I can within my field so I can better support the team and company work for, always looking forward, ready to learn something new.
