In my current capacity, I am a Production Analyst in the Debt & Structured Finance Division at CBRE Capital Markets located in Dallas, TX. Since joining in May 2021, I have been active in every stage of the transaction process focusing on conventional and affordable multifamily properties across the nation. The CBRE Capital Markets team represents primarily institutional clients including some of the top pension fund and private equity investors in the country.Prior to joining CBRE Capital Markets, I held the role of Associate at Wells Fargo in the Community Lending and Investment Division in San Francisco, CA. During my time at Wells Fargo, I worked with a team of senior bankers to provide debt financing for the new construction and acquisition/rehabilitation of Affordable Housing properties.
