Interactig with DoubleClick’s advertiser and agency customers using DART Search, a proprietary search engine marketing technology.Responsibilities Include• Build strong working relationships with DART Search customers at leading UK advertising agencies• Prioritising and resolving a range of queries raised by clients on how to use DART Search to meet a particular objective for their campaign or resolve a technical issue• Assist customers in trafficking their search campaigns, troubleshoot campaign management issues and proactively monitor campaign activity to ensure they are reaching their goals• Analyse client’s data to identify and resolve data discrepancies and assist with campaign optimisation• Collaborate with account managers and clients on planning and executing new advertiser launches across Google, Yahoo! and Microsoft in UK and pan European markets• Provide coaching and training to customers via phone, face to face training and through written communication• A support contact for outsourced vendor partner in India responsible for assigning workload to them, providing technical training and direction on prioritisation and monitoring performance
