These offices allowed me to gain experience in rural, lake and retirement properties. During this period, Coldwell Banker Primus Realty was merged into Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell. Now Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell has become the largest franchise real estate company in the State of Illinois, providing benefits to not only their Realtors, but even more so to the Buyers and Sellers of Real Property.
