CurrentQuotation Management:Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotations for renewal agreements to existing customers.Ensure quotations reflect the latest pricing, terms, and conditions in accordance with company policies.Problem Resolution:Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers regarding their renewal agreements.Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.Team Management:Oversee and coordinate the activities of the renewal team to ensure efficiency and alignment with departmental goals.Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to optimize performance and achieve targets.Data Management:Maintain and update accurate records of renewal agreements, customer interactions, and other relevant data in the company’s CRM system.Analyze data to track renewal rates, identify trends, and report on performance metrics.Target Achievement:Implement strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed renewal targets and objectives.Monitor progress towards goals and adjust tactics as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.Client Communication:Engage with clients regularly to foster strong relationships and ensure their needs and expectations are met.Provide clear and professional communication regarding renewal processes, changes, and updates.Client Satisfaction:Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction with renewal processes and services.Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the customer experience and address any areas for improvement.
