- Technical lead for a complete rewrite of CNA's external facing public site. First in-house application made with mobile devices in mind. Worked across the enterprise to provide novel solutions for agent look-up, SSO with other CNA properties, and user friendly customization.- Design lead for a complete rewrite of the corporate intranet site for use by all employees. Built on platforms new to the enterprise including Watson Explorer, Connections, Portal, and Content Management. The project was used as an agile pilot and incorporated leading edge user experience and social interaction principles to increase adoption.- Design lead for a rewrite of an external site in Canada that was the first in the enterprise to adopt and meet accessibility standards requiring new solutions for development and testing.- Design lead for the multiple applications developed in partnership with Appian, a low-code platform, including an effort that introduced a number of first time integrations between Appian, Apigee, as well as the first use of Okta for external parties.- Contributed to a new Small Business-Google Contact Center project that will utilize AI to provide CSRs and agents with relevant materials in order to drive down manual intervention and research.- Design lead for multiple SaaS platforms in use at CNA that support the transition to a cloud first infrastructure. This includes Jitterbit, Korbyt, Appian, Blackbaud, MaxCDN, Google Analytics, and Marketo for implementation and support.- Responsible for advising on issues of security, cost-savings through sunset of applications, and opportunities for improvement by leveraging people and platforms available.
