Current-Targets opportunities to streamline processes through the application of technology and outsourcing solutions to deliver value for clients-Creates governance structure for BPO providers to ensure quality and long-term scalability of vendor relationships-Builds company culture translates across all borders and we have integration from our partners into our stated Core Values through international relationship building-Develop KPIs and SLA's that can be built into contract governance so onshore users have standardized experience across all different types of team members and solutions-Develop company business plan tool to fully assess the financial, legal/risk, communication, and technology impacts of new outsourcing business to our COP and serve as governing document for new ventures-Interface with stakeholders to determine specific needs, what resources we can find in the space, and how we can streamline our processes for optimal deployment of offshore/nearshore talent paired with technology-Find and develop relationships with new strategic partners within the outsourcing space for future partnerships and new vendor deliverable opportunities while evaluating new countries for potential operations-Conduct risk assessment for new external vendor partners to determine capabilities and suitability within our business track. Ensure that benefits of new partner appropriately offset the risk posed by new external partner.
