Over two and a half decades, he has attained an exceptional record of achievement in infrastructure management, architecture design, software development, integration, implementation, and improvement. With qualities like applied technical skills and the ability to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and quality, Cliff has excelled at directing complete software development life cycles, simplifying complex IT systems, and enhancing team productivity through mentorship and automation. Cliff has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Computer Engineering, a Master of Science (MSc) in computer information systems, and a Doctor of Science (DSc) in Cybersecurity with a focus on AI/ML within security applications, as well as several professional certifications. Cliff is a volunteer and active member of the US Coast Guard auxiliary, the FBI's InfraGard, and the Military Cyber Professionals Association, to mention a few. Cliff also likes spending time with his family, traveling, and experimenting with new cutting-edge technologies.
