CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE-Route sales in the Reno Lake Tahoe area Involving: taking orders handling issues with product and equipment. Developing accurate par levels as not to overstock our customers in slow times. Introducing the customers to all of the products that Sara Lee Foods has to offer and increasing their profit base through penetration. Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Office to complete reports and communicate with home office. Warehouse management for the route in Sparks Nevada, including: forecasting product usage, and maintaining inventory for quality. Expanded existing customer base with new accounts: including Washoe medical center, Boreal ski resort and Topaz Lake General Store.

Factory repairs on all food service equipment. Worked on beta test sight in Reno for Groen, Cap/Cold equipment for two years. Designed and sold cooling tunnels to production bakeries. Sold and installed walk-in refrigerators, refrigeration systems, ice machines, among other commercial equipment. Territory includes base of regular customers. Instituted customer training on proper use and maintenance of their equipment to prevent unnecessary repairs and replacement. Follow Blueprints and take off jobs for new installations
