I'm a Technical Writer and Instructional Designer with ten years of experience in IT certification and desktop software training. The core of my professional background is in QA testing and product support. I have extensive experience in managing PC hardware and operating systems, setting up testing physical and virtual testing environments, and troubleshooting configuration issues.
