 Led the Development and implemented the national forestry research programme including sustainable forest management plans, designing and implementing a national tree improvement framework; Supply Chain: Procurement of machinery, equipment and supplies and tendering for professional services in the Forest Research Unit for 13 years; Developed and implemented participatory forest and natural resources management guidelines; Participated in organizational restructuring of the forestry department; Guided Budgeting and budget controls; Led Natural and Environmental Resource Accounting under the DANCED funded National Forest Policy and Legislation project, and complied the Forest Accounts of Swaziland in 1998-2002; Led donor-funded community forestry projects, including wattle management, under forestry extension; Participated in the following: Development and implementation of the NTFPs Policy framework for Swaziland (including Wildlife), SADC Protocol on Forests, the National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan, the National Forest Policy and Legislation, the National Biodiversity Policy, the National Biodiversity Act, the National Biosafety Policy, the National Invasive Alien Strategy (Team Leader & Technical Writer). Led assessment and analyses of selected national, regional and international policies and legislation, including Millennium development goals, UN Conventions on Climate Change, Biodiversity, Desertification, CITES, World forest strategy, SADC Forest Protocol, etc… Led project reviews and evaluations;  Networking and collaboration, nationally, regionally and internationally; Participated in Multi-stakeholder consultations and workshops on Awareness raising on sustainable forest management, climate change and the potential role of community-based forest enterprise development in poverty reduction; Made Public presentations and wrote Publications; Guided dev. of TORs, recruitment and supervision of Consultants.
