Decommissioning Manager Life Science MSD (July 2016 – January 2017)Management of decommissioning team, with an organization of 20 employees, providing direction and guidance, goal and objective setting to enable the decommissioning of the MSD manufacturing facilities.Providing Project management of multiple decommissioning projects to enable the sale of the MSD site.Directing and overseeing all work programs, on facility systems and GMP manufacturing operations.Responsibility for the adherence to CMD requirements and managing safe systems of work for all contractors providing services.Review and approval of all Risk & Method statements for each work program. To ensure work is undertaken in the correct way to ensure operator and site safety requirements are maintained.Management of the final GMP critical calibrations for all GMP facility systems and pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.Approval of all project program reports to provide handover documentation for the project.

Responsible for Strategic and operational quality and compliance direction for Life Science client.

The implementation of an Enterprise solution to meet the requirements of the Falsified Medicines Directive 2011/62/EU. The program management of the installation of ERP software solution and the modification of manufacturing production line packaging systems. The development and execution of the validation master plan for the new system.

Responsible for Strategic and operational quality and compliance direction for Life Science client.

The management, maintenance and repair of all scientific equipment within the research facility at MSD. The design and manufacture of bespoke research equipment.
