I am a Management Consultant with specialised understanding of board effectiveness, corporate governance, organisational design, strategy, and risk management. Over the last 10 years, I have developed a broad range of project experience within each of these areas, having worked on over 50 engagements with boards and executive leadership teams across multiple sectors. This spans over 20 countries in various geographic regions including the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and South America. My industry experience covers the banking, insurance, micro-finance, financial market infrastructure, non-profit, healthcare, and power sectors. I have good knowledge of the financial services industry including FinTech.I also possess significant managerial experience from supporting Sodali & Co's Board & Governance practice with the implementation of strategic objectives; assisting in providing leadership to a team of Analysts, Associates and Managers; and guiding the development of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to support the delivery of our solutions to clients.I hold an MBA from INSEAD (Class of July 2021), MSc in Management & Strategy from the London School of Economics (LSE), and a BA in Economics from Cornell University.
