After 60 years of farming for a vocation, and fishing, hunting rattlesnakes, skiing, writing as avocations, I became involved in the wind energy industry where I put together the largest wind farm on the planet. Now I am mostly involved with my family and volunteer work. My community service includes preparing & serving concession stand type meals on home made cookers for disaster relief volunteer workers such as hurricane Harvey in Port Aransas & the Llano River flood in Junction Texas. I also cook for fundraising events.
