I have supervised and/or managed projects of all kinds and sizes, including shopping centers, office buildings, banks, hospitals, jails and prisons, churches, civic center, hotels, schools, parking deck and others. I work well with architects and owners. I am well versed in reading plans and specifications. I have written contracts and purchase orders. I have scheduled projects both by bar chart and critical path methods. I have conducted job site meetings. I am safety minded and require rigid compliance. I have worked under all kinds of contracts including design build, negotiated, guarantied maximum, cost plus and straight bid multi-prime and single prime projects. I am computer literate and have experience in scheduling, reporting, estimating, and cost analyst. I have been teaching carpenter apprenticeship classes for Wake Tech at night for over 25 years.Specialties: Manage people, materials, finances, time, situations, quality for the good and intentions of the owner of the buildings.
