For 6 years I designed women’s exclusive silk scarves — printed in continuous patterns. My designs were printed on high quality Chinese silk for spring-summer wraps or all year head-wear.

During this role, I was also Manager of Publicity for the Intellectual Property Research Institute of Australia (IPRIA) program.

In my various mid management roles, commencing with the Consumer Division at Telstra, I designed and managed research monitors to measure advertising effectiveness, customer experience, loyalty, and new product demand. I led and coached five research specialists, and contributed to questionnaire design, writing executive summaries, competitor analysis and marketing planning.
