I openly except any and all constructive criticism/advice as growing comes from learning. I enjoy building relationships and earning the trust of everyone I meet and pride myself on being diligent and reliable on any task assigned or not.My experience in the last ten years have included working with many populations in various roles from individuals with intellectual disabilities, barriers to employment as well as newcomers to Canada. I have vast experience with many different software and application formats and am proficient with any new and aging technology. My strengths include organizational skills, scheduling, working within financial responsibilities and always holding myself accountable for every detail of my work while being open to diversity and change.
