Mesner Solar developed Nebraska’s first community solar project, located in Central City and NPPD’s two pilot projects in Venango and Scottsbluff. Mesner Solar Development is part of an initiative with GenPro Energy Solutions and Sol Systems, LLC under the name “N Solar” with the goal of developing solar in Nebraska that is integrated with Public Power.
