$8 Billion Joint Venture Liquefaction Initiative - Performed architecture design, managed consultants, and assisted with implementation of VP level dashboards, financial reports, and BI platform containing actual, plan, and forecast information for project controls of this large-scale initiative. This platform / system has integrations with SharePoint, Primavera P6, Great Plains, Wennsoft, Cognos BI, Cognos TM1, and IBM Maximo and was evaluated for replication across other business units.
