-Managed the transitions of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Senior Enlisted Advisor. Coordinated on a team consisting of approximately 40 people to meet the successful transparent transition of the Chairman. Integral team leader in time/budget/operational success of three highly sensitive and strategic leaders. Led the success of a timeline based database for all to share and interact upon throughout the process. Detailed success in IT support, office renovations, final furnishings and temporary housing. All aspects of move were met on time and within budget. -Coordinated the final award given to USN Seal Team in the successful take-down of Osama bin Laden | Presidential Unit Citation awarded – first since Vietnam. Extremely time sensitive award presentation and coordination within the highest levels of leadership including President, Secretary of Defense, Chairman and Vice Chairman’s offices. Successful completion and final product accomplished in an afternoon. -Supervised a 37 member multi-service military and civilian team providing facilities, supply, travel, mail, and graphics support to the 4,000 personnel on the Joint Staff, including the Chairman and 40 flag officers.• Managed an annual budget of $85 million.Deputy Inspector General• Developed, administered, analyzed and de-briefed an IG-based Command Climate Survey for approximately 4,000 employees. Sole developer for specific survey questions pertinent to staff. • Provided a thorough overall assessment of a multi-disciplined staff covering highly sensitive and delicate personnel issues.

-Critical member of NIPO leadership team during Australia’s initial buy of the F/A18-E/F Super Hornet, with budget exceeding $8B. Made key strategic decisions for successful aircraft procurement.-Established and managed a team of multi-faceted and multi-disciplined personnel, from the contractor support and government side to customer final delivery. -Key roles included support of procurement specification, staffing of Congressional notification, interagency staffing, and classification issues with sensitive aircraft components and systems. Included coordination of RAAF two star country visit and Lockheed Martin plant visit.
