Managed the production output of specific departments, directed and integrated available resources to meet cost and quality standards, coordinated and produced production schedules with other shift operations, planned, organized and directed activities of employees. Secured the best quality, service, and value for products and services through effective bidding, negotiation, and supplier management. Identifies manufacturing needs,identifies and selects suppliers, initiates purchase orders, and arranges for delivery.

Responsibilities include the office and field operations of construction. Scheduled and monitored the suppliers and contractors. Conducted project meetings and make sure of the cost control and expenses. Negotiated contractors, clients and vendors. Worked with engineers and architects to solve any issues that came up. Responsible for the quality control, cost cutting, and requirements of the budget and project. Responsible for all aspects of human resources from hiring and managing personal to the termination and problem solving of issues. I developed the safety program and administrator of it from 1999 until 2009. I served on the Mississippi Associated Board of Contractors from 2001 to 2003.

Responsible for all day to day operations of a gymnastic facility. I had a staff of 10 coaches’ and an average of 600 students taking gymnastics. My responsibilities include training and hiring staff, ensuring appropriate safety procedures and protocols are strictly followed, as well as marketing the gymnastics facilities and the various classes and individual services provided. I also developed lessons, planning for competitions, and evaluating and teaching students at various levels of ability. I held daily practice and competition to further the abilities for the students. I solved parent’s and gymnast’s problems on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include management of 30 employees and 110 to 120 children. I was responsible for the safety and security of the employees as well as the children on these grounds. The facility was located in the Angeles National Forest and the children were wards of the state of California. All of the children in this facility were special needs children.
