Serves as adviser to the Administrator and GSA leadership and supervises and maintains agency liaison with all members of Congress and congressional committees. The office also serves as liaison with state and local Government officials and their official national organizations.The office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs is also responsible for GSA’s compliance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-19 and governing coordination of Administration policy with OMB.

The Office Portfolio Management is responsible for managing and optimizing the financial performance of the portfolio of leased and owned assets while meeting owner objectives and customer expectations and needs throughout the life cycle of the asset.The Office of Real Estate Portfolio Management is also responsible for developing new, or adapting from the private sector, tools such as Asset Business Plans, Occupancy Agreement software, decision analysis methodologies, and capital investment strategies that enable regions to manage individual assets in ways that serve long-term portfolio management goals.

The HQ Office Real Estate Service is the lead Uniform Act agency in the Federal Government. In this position I served as the regional point of contact responsible for the consistent guidance of 13 mid-American States spanning from North Dakota to Texas.

As a Division realty specialist I was directly responsible for day-to-day interpretation and approval of Federal aid highway funds at the project level.
