Over thirty years of experience in military and civilian operations. Experience in the management of personnel, man power and resource planning, coordination, and integration of various capabilities and material to the force. Provides analytical research and support across the Army and various agencies in support of Counter-Improvised Explosive Devices (C-IED) and rapidly fielded solutions to include Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) items and enduring or Program of Record (POR) capabilities while following the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process. Experienced in operational analysis, leader development, and contingency planning for combined arms, joint and multi-national operations, subterranean and tunnel studies. Knowledgeable on the Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), the Robotic and Unmanned Ground Vehicle systems (UGVs) and the Hand Held Detector programs. Experience in short and long range planning and scheduling. Coordinate funding sources while establishing a working budget, operating budget, and sustainment cost for various capabilities. Experience working as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) managing 1.6 million dollar contracts, overseeing and managing the surveillance of contracts and contractors.
