CurrentClifford A. Roe, Jr. is the former Managing Partner of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP and the former Chairman of the Board of Directors, serving in those positions from 1997 to 2008. He is an honors graduate of Notre Dame Law School, where he was Note Editor of the Law Review. He also served as Chairman of the Firm's Corporate Department for 13 years from 1984 to 1997. Dinsmore is a regional law firm headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio of more than 650 attorneys with 21 offices in Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, San Diego, Chicago, Denver, Detroit, Ann Arbor, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Groton, Washington DC, Louisville, Lexington, Covington, Frankfort, Charleston, Huntington, Morgantown, Lewisburg, and Wheeling. Since the commencement of his career at Dinsmore, Cliff has focused his practice on corporate and securities, and health care and banking matters. He has represented clients throughout the country in major mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, health care transactions and numerous banking transactions. Cliff served as the outside General Counsel of a national health care system for over 15 years. He is the Author of The Ohio Corporation: Legal Aspects of Organization and Operation (2010- The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc.) and Ohio Corporations Practice Guide: Ohio Corporations (May 1989- West Group).
