Inspire. Challenge. Empower. Have fun. That’s my mantra for motivating teams to go outside their comfort zones to achieve what they thought they could never do. I like to call these "audacious goals," while providing an understanding of our true north, empowering teams to get there, and cheer alongside them when we do reach those goals.Right out of college, I worked as a driver for UPS, where the remit was that all employees first needed to understand the business from the ground up. So that’s what I did. I drove a big brown truck, joined the Teamsters Union, to eventually work on their worldwide tracking system. Now a General Manager of an extremely dynamic global enterprise, I essentially run a business inside of a larger organization, so understanding the business from all angles is critical. Keeping the lights on, while anticipating and capitalizing on changes to our business is an everyday balancing act. They call it work, but motivating teams and striving to serve our customers the best way we can is extremely rewarding.

Managing Director - New York Global EnterpriseCisco Aug 2016 - Jul 2018San Jose, Ca, UsAs Managing Director for Cisco’s largest global enterprise clients, I led the business operations of a $1B global portfolio. Drawing on my experience with Cisco’s Smart+Connected Communities, the focus is on enabling our global team to build business cases that leverage information technology to create efficiencies and new revenue streams, mitigate risks and enhance customer intimacy.Creating offerings that will drive economic value for our customers is key to growing our business, and challenging the team to think about how our customers buy from us and the business outcomes our services provide is critical.Running a global enterprise means I’m always looking to find, empower and manage talent who can build trust and credibility with our customers as well as find and scale new market opportunities. I set and share the vision of where we’re going, but I tell my teams that how they get there is up to them.
