Roles involve the Following:- Evolution of Master Programmes(s)- Creation of Strategic Programmes to Aid Strategic Decision Making - Creation of Detailed Delivery Programmes- Guide the coordination and programming of trade contractor packages. - Creation and Updating Tender Event Schedules to Guide Both the Progression of Design and Trade Contractor Procurement. - In control of Planning Responsibilities for a 58 Storey Residential RC Frame Building and the Public Realm areas. - Review and Creation of Responses towards Sub Contractor Extension of Time Claims.

Role involves the following:- Production of Strategic Project Programmes for Pre Tender Qualifications, Tenders and Construction Stages. - Use of Asta Power Project amd Microsoft Project software. - Project Progress Monitoring/Tracking/Reporting. - Production of Resources Programmes- Experience in Various Construction Schemes: High Quality Residential Build and Fit-out , Hotels, Office Build and Fit-out, School and College Build and Fit-out, Airport Projects, Prison Projects etc. - Analysis of Programmes and the Impact of events to assist in the settlement of and EOT claim for both client and contractor representation. - Production of Site Logistic Plans- Production of Method Statements
