• Create user-stories and technical requirements documents for stakeholders and our development team for new functionality requests
• Ensure timely delivery of new functionality according to set Sprint timelines by providing updates during daily scrum meetings
• Assist with user and regression testing on new functionality and bug fix releases as well as scheduled production updates
• Integral team member in growing the products customer base from 16 to 101 sites in a little over a year with the addition of new functionality such as Messaging, Business Rules framework, a redesign of the Availability.
• Manages a new feature request from requirements gathering to product release, ensuring all requirements are met during the design and development phase and the UI/UX design team understands the business requirements.
• Maintain relationships with current and potential customers, ensuring all gaps within the product from the initial minimum viable product (MVP) launch are acknowledged and well documented within the product backlog in.

• Work cross-functionally with the business operations, development, QA, client management teams and stakeholders to gather business requirements, design, test, and provide post production support on small internal.

• Manage and facilitate all contracting applications, inquires and new business applications for over 10 insurance companies resulting in the company being recognized as one of the Top-2 marketing agencies in the nation.
• Utilize the company’s proprietary software to create customized proposals for clients based on their needs.
• Manage all agents’ licensing requests from submission to completion ensuring all requirements and missing information are answered in a timely fashion.
• Manage advisor contracts to ensure all requirements are met and contracts are in good standing.
