•Create user-stories and technical requirements documents for stakeholders and our development team for new functionality requests•Ensure timely delivery of new functionality according to set Sprint timelines by providing updates during daily scrum meetings•Assist with user and regression testing on new functionality and bug fix releases as well as scheduled production updates•Integral team member in growing the products customer base from 16 to 101 sites in a little over a year with the addition of new functionality such as Messaging, Business Rules framework, a redesign of the Availability page, and integrations with other Vista Group products (Veezi, MovieXchange, and currently Cinema Intelligence) by utilizing their API to display customer data within the MovieTeam product.•Manages a new feature request from requirements gathering to product release, ensuring all requirements are met during the design and development phase and the UI/UX design team understands the business requirements for each feature•Maintain relationships with current and potential customers, ensuring all gaps within the product from the initial minimum viable product (MVP) launch are acknowledged and well documented within the product backlog in TFS
