PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND PLANNING. I provide support to unique Operational Planning Teams (OPT) and Targeting and Fires Working Groups for national priority objectives and serve as the USCENTCOM lead planner for specialized air missions, the CENTCOM Synchronization Exercises, and Executive Steering Group (ESG) efforts. I leverage my expertise in Joint planning and targeting to organize, direct and coordinate planning and production of briefings, point papers, plans, and guidance on the development and integration of lethal and non-lethal fires.BUDGET AND CAPABILITIES DEVELOPMENT. Assist in producing drafts and recommendations for approval, and in the development of overall joint system concepts, concept of operations/fires designs, and technical approaches to meet broadly stated requirements, program objectives, and end states. Close coordination of program and integrated priorities with the J8 and Joint Staff.SUSTAINMENT AND RESOURCING. Provide specialized technical support in the evaluation of the application of CCJ5 war games, Operational Plans (OPLANs), specialized options/missions, and participation in events to provide SME support to ensure planning objectives. Participate in and lead as applicable sidebars at the Operations/Logistics Conferences.PROGRAM PLANNING. Assist in planning and synchronizing Special Technical Operations (STO), Non-Kinetic Effects such as Cyber, Information Related Capabilities (IRC), Special Access Programs (SAP), and other non-lethal and lethal effects to support the planning efforts. Provide specialized coordination as applicable with external agencies in support of critical planning efforts with counterparts in USCENTCOM Component and Combatant Commands, the Joint Staff, the Office of Secretary of Defense, as well as counterparts in the interagency.

MENTORING SENIOR-LEVEL ADULT LEARNING. I instructed mid and senior level Defense and State Department specialists as a Subject Matter Expert with tenured experience on Security Cooperation “Assessments, Monitoring and Evaluation.” I created, oversaw, instructed, and validated intermediate level concepts towards the improvement of the Security Cooperation Workforce competencies in support of the military Geographic Combatant Commands, their components, and the Security Cooperation Workforce within the National Capital Region. I provided facilitated instruction to agency professionals as individual students and in small groups to validate comprehension. PROVIDING SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE. I provided Security Cooperation subject matter expertise to assist the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Policy with its security cooperation Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation responsibilities and the Defense Institute of Security Cooperation Studies with their training mission in support of the competencies-based certification program. Maintained knowledge of industry best practices and support curriculum updates for security cooperation.CONDUCTING FOCUSED INFORMATION GATHERING. I conducted and assisted the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Policy in conducting, staff assistance and information gathering visits to each geographic combatant command and their component commands, Defense Security Cooperation Agency, the primary Security Cooperation elements at each military department and other selected sites.

Provided mentorship across USMC and Navy leadership regarding Navy education, training, and development.
