Business & Planning Analyst August 1997 to Present. •Assume responsibility for the Global Services & Support Group’s $50 - $100 million dollar annual Capital Budget. This position encompasses managing capital investments at 17 sites within the US and 3 locations around the world. •Conducting investigations and analysis of capital requirements in order to determine which equipment should be procured to support military contracts. •Accept site reports regarding capital investment requirements and conduct investigations and analyze complex problems. •Offer recommendations which may require organizational, procedural, or policy decisions. •Provide information to management to assist in making informed decisions on what and how to invest. •Prepare and submit monthly performance reports along with coordinating the annual forecast, as well as dealing with the various levels of management on a daily basis. •Handle real property leases which meant dealing with real estate brokers and contractors as well as Boeing management. •Supervise and train employees during their internships as well as supervised one employee for over three years.•Train employees located in other states on the capital budgeting process and procedures as well as how to use other Boeing systems.•These duties require Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and many internal company systems.

Duties were to provide efficient facility services such as estimating, space planning, and engineering construction jobs using CAD, supervise union construction workers on various MDC construction projects, phone and computer communication requirements, capital budgeting, establish property administration procedures, and oversee three property administrators at various MDC remote sites. These duties required frequent use of Lotus, CAD, and Mass11.

As the sole planner on the entire program, responsibilities were to annually baseline the contract, reconcile actuals on a monthly basis, perform annual EAC reviews with Financial Controls, along with all other duties required in Bus-Ops Program Support. Systems used were CSPR to manage EVM and OPP to monitor various milestones. Other programs used were VISTA for monthly reconciliation, ICHS for weekly and monthly reporting, IWA to authorize other ABU's to provide program support, and ICAA for loading work authorization documents. Prime Planner for V-22 Customer Facilities, IWA out of Philadelphia, March 2003 to January 2006. This was an IWA effort where I performed all of the Bus-Ops functions as I did for the SARA Program, including using the same software applications.
