Programmer for the MsAccess 2007-2019 (D.C.O.S.) Design & Construction Operating Systems, is a Microsoft Access formatted database used by Capital Programs. DCOS bridges the gap between various internal systems to ensure a fundamental way to centralize the data from all the systems, have real-time “tracking” information, and better design, construction, and contract accountability. The front-end is in Access with the back-end is SQL Server. Capital Projects maintances the upgrade, construction of all the schools within the School District of Philadelphia.
