• Organize and maintain inventory and stock control. Ensuring that storage areas and warehouse are kept clean and tidy, which includes identifying areas where processes could be improved and work practices amended.• Monitor the performance of staff and raise any issues or further training requirements.• Track the performance of the warehouse overall to ensure that it’s running smoothly.• Monitoring shipments and deliveries, ensuring correct quantities are received. • Utilize and generate reports to recommend max/min levels of inventory.• Liaise with transport companies and customers to resolve problems and ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly.• Prepare and process all paperwork relating to the shipping of orders for customers as well as processing invoices for Purchase Orders received.

Beer Distributor (Ontario/BC/Alberta)• Responsible for supply purchasing and sales forecasting for 16 import brands from 7 breweries for the Ontario market.• Liaison with the breweries, LCBO and Brewers Retail regarding orders, equipment and promotional material.• Reporting on Ontario sales and inventory for packaged beer portfolios in the LCBO and Brewers Retail.• Coordinate packaged beer ordering for the Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Ontario Liquor Boards.• Designing MS Access databases to generate weekly and period reports as a company and by account manager from Brewer’s Retail and LCBO raw data files.• Conducting weekly and quarterly physical inventory audits.
