Results include new customers featuring gas powered on-site systems. ● RobustEnergy, LLC, Austin, TX Reporting to the Board and CEO, created business plans and sales assistance for this start up energy services company serving the Texas “triangle” of cities. Results include development of $75M ARRA CHP district energy system proposal for second largest hospital district in Texas. ● Turbine Air Systems, Houston, TX Developed new revenues and markets for manufacturer of packaged energy systems by selling energy commodities directly to end users. Results include deployment of the first packaged central plants as applied to green-field district energy development.

Accepted responsibility assigned by General Manager, Mayor and Assistant City Manager to direct incubation and development of a world class competitive energy services business within the electric utility. Contract Negotiations and Business Development● Delivered multiple contract agreements between City of Austin and dozens of stakeholders and customers related to innovative on-site energy services, district energy and CHP. Developed “P3” agreements before they became popular. ● Selected design and construction teams to install customized solutions to reduce costs and improve reliability for dozens of admired customers like Whole Foods, Simon Properties, Ascension Health, White Lodging, and others. Agreements resulted in $20M increase in revenue with 18% margins. Project Management and Breakthrough Technology Designs● Developed Basis of Design for multiple energy solutions including the world's first LEED® Platinum on-site energy system, and also the largest fleet of thermal energy storage systems in Texas.

Shreveport, Louisiana Area

Evolved new sales office focused on mechanical services, digital and pneumatic controls systems, performance contracting, card access security systems, and fire alarm systems. Recruited staff (including sales), established annual budgets, including profit and loss resulting in JCI becoming the area leader. ● Developed the largest performance contracting agreement (at that time) in history of Louisiana. ● Negotiated sole-source sales agreements with Federal, State, Parish, and City governments for turn-key responsibilities related to mechanical and electrical systems.
