Created a more responsive and channel focused organisation forging new and enhanced global. strategic relationships with manufacturers such as Mitel, Unify, Avaya, Cisco, NFON, Westcon, Microsoft and more. Directed all operations for Sales, Marketing, Installation, Service, Support and Office Administration. Extending on from the role at OAISYS, the remit was to take the rebranded MiVoice Call Recording and Quality Management Software product to the entire Mitel reseller channel, establish knowledge, increase sales and promote the product at roadshows, sales experience days, reseller days and through direct contact. Joined Cloud team and undertook Cloud sales, product and technical training for MiCloud Office (Telepo), and sales training for MiCloud Business (Flex), MiVoice Business (MiVB), Contact Centre, UC, UCaaS and other products to support distribution and channel partners.

Purchased by Mitel in Febuary 2014, OAISYS Inc. was a leading developer of Call Recording and Contact Centre management solutions for a wide range of organisations from SMB to a large multi-site enterprise. UK headquarters developed a ‘Go to Market’ strategy from start-up, forging direct relationships with manufacturers such as ShoreTel, Mitel, Avaya, Toshiba, and Cisco.

Setup Intouch4 as a start-up company to provide Telecom Consultancy services to the telecoms reseller channel, including; pre-sales and design consultancy, sales training, presentation and closing techniques, Expo and Workshop presentations, customer presentations and demos, provided high level end user and supervisor training for Mitel, Avaya and NEC product portfolios.
