In my current role, I am accountable for the performance and reliability of Walmart sites. I lead a group of engineers responsible for load/stress testing, front-end and backend performance tuning, monitoring and analysis of production sites and overall site health.

• Provide technical quality analysis and insight for senior levels of top performing companies in the area of mobile and internet performance• Deliver in-depth assessments and monthly engagements to numerous organizations in the retail, wireless, automotive, travel, and financial services industries• Work closely with internal sales teams to secure leads through presentation and education of Keynote consultative services and products • Coordinate with legal and accounting departments in the creation of formal proposals and contracts for potential and existing clients• Oversee the work of contractors responsible for the analysis and creation of monthly deliverables, competitive research studies and site assessments• Work continually to improve the efficiency and added value of the consulting group through the process of creating and overseeing development of new reporting and analytical tools and customer offerings
