Cliffe Arrand is the founder and creative mastermind behind Rosewood Hospitality Group. A passionate chef who blends sophisticated culinary technique with unexpectedly whimsical and nostalgic ingredients, Cliffe began his career working for a number of powerhouse fine-dining establishments such as the One Hundred Club, Pesce Blue, MC Perkins Cove. From there, Cliffe owned his first restaurant Pesce Italian Kitchen, by the time he was 22, and is now leading the way in Mongolia's capital city with a culinary empire of his own. His dedication to his craft is outweighed only by a commitment to improving standards in his industry.
