Network Operation Center (Sr. Engineer) Transport/Broadband Group• Alarm monitoring and resolution within predetermined time frames of mobile backbone transport facilities (Multiplexer equipment, Microwave, IP radios and Fiber Optics) and Fixed Wireless Broadband Network (Routers, switches and Canopy/Sendfar access points) nationwide.• Coordination and assistance with field operation engineers when integrating and/or troubleshooting mobile and broadband elements.• Implementing software cross connection of different multiplexer for internal and external services.• Resolution of escalated technical complaints from hotline services related to fixed wireless broadband network.
