Experienced in change implementation, especially in a New Product Introduction (NPI) environment, supporting the delivery of new products, processes and equipment from conception into production.• Led my team to successfully deliver the quality aspects required for a new generation of Diesel Particulate Filters, culminating in customer approval from three OEM’s. Facilitated customer visits/audits from Mercedes and Volvo to “close out” the approval process.• Ongoing liaison with suppliers and customers to protect JM’s commercial interests and maintain our reputation.• I set a new benchmark for MSA study design and implementation, disseminated best practice throughout JM globally via a seminar in Shanghai.• Maintained and improved the Quality Management System, leading the 2023 IATF16949 surveillance audit. Achieved zero non-conformances, a first for JM globally.• Assisted with successful product transfers to other sites within Europe and India.
