I was one of the original founders of the online marketing industry in 1994, and have been recognized as an award-winning speaker, writer, strategist, and thought leader in the fields of Internet marketing and advertising, e-commerce, and online publishing. Building on my doctorate in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from MIT (yes, it was rocket science!), over the past thirty years I have: built a social engagement venture generating more than $35 million dollars in sales, bootstrapped off of $1000 in start-up capital; founded one of the first and most innovative Internet marketing agencies in the world; founded and operated a management consulting practice; and worked as an Astronautical Engineer on space commercialization ventures. I launched The Domino Principle in 2015 by building on my experiences in seeing technology trends in the world before they became widely realized, figuring out how they would impact our lives and then creating businesses that leveraged those trends ahead of others.My experiences and skills span a range that includes designing corporate marketing strategies for some of the largest brands in the world, developing media relationships, managing creative services, developing and executing e-commerce merchandising strategies, initiating strategic alliances, acquiring clients, and targeting acquisitions. I have held leadership roles in the Entrepreneurs’ Organization at the local and regional levels. I also have enjoyed engaging in person with business groups through the years, giving presentations, keynotes and workshops across the United States along with speaking excursions to Canada, Brazil, Israel, Japan, Netherlands, Germany, and Norway.
