Cliff provided the full range of technical and advisory support for SAP ERP implementations in the state of Mississippi. He is currently providing post go-live and system upgrade support for the state of Mississippi SAP ERP system, resolving ongoing issues and overseeing a team of developers. He is also providing advisory support as the state begins the start-up of Phase 2 (Payroll/HCM) During the ERP implementation in Mississippi, Cliff provided independent verification and validation of SAP development-related deliverables, provided strategic and tactical advisory services to the state’s technical management team on all phases of the implementation, and hired and managed ABAP contractors in the ECC, SRM, CRM, Workflow and PI areas. He has also played lead roles in the implementation of the SAP Learning Solutions module and a major Enhancement Pack upgrade of the entire SAP system.

Cliff was a technical and advisory consultant for the ERP SAP implementation and SAP post go-live for the state of Louisiana ERP system, where he provided independent verification and validation of SAP development-related deliverables and provided strategic and tactical advisory services to the state’s technical management team on all phases of the implementation. He also assisted the state in acquiring development and data warehouse resources required to effectively handle the system implementation. He developed solutions for defects and new requirements in the real estate and plant maintenance modules of the finance and logistics areas. He also trained and mentored state developers, managed a team of developers and developed several enhancements, conversions, interfaces and reports, and resolved trouble tickets to ease backlog.

Earlier in his career, Cliff worked in the private sector where he was the Development Lead on multiple projects at the Clorox Company. These included the implementation of a transportation management system to handle the high-volume distribution and shipping for a consumer products group company, where he managed a development team to successfully implement a solution that integrated multi-platform systems with a third-party vendor, Sterling-TMS. He was also lead developer on the implementation of a supply chain planning and demand planning system. As a senior technical analyst, he worked on the two-phased full-cycle implementation of SAP R/3 systems where phase 1 was limited to finance and inventory management and phase 2 added in production planning and management. He also developed and supported multiple interfaces used during the between of the two phases.
