For the past 42 years, I have dedicated my successful career to the professional aspects of Civil Engineering, including Utilities, Transportation, storm Water/Floodplain, Environmental, Construction Management, Project Management, and Government Regulatory Agency and Compliance Coordination on behalf of my key clients. As President and CEO of Coastal Engineering Associates, Inc since 1989, my responsibilities as Principal Engineer include overseeing all technical operations, full-client management, regulatory coordination, and professional oversite of my qualified employees' team. In 2010, I advanced my professional resume as an Expert Witness in litigation cases. This role has allowed me to prove Expert Testimony for cases involving public and private clients.
