Ran the retail loan origination group for Minnesota. Started from scratch with a name not know in town because Flagstar Bank was a wholesale lender that worked with mortgage professionals and not retail with the public. We were able to put Flagstar Bank on the map in Minnesota and in South Dakota. I really gained experience in all areas of mortgage branch.

Took a struggling retail branch and made it successful. I learned a great deal about being successful in a challenging and ever changing environment. It was a great learning experience.
