CurrentC4V™ is an intellectual property company based in Binghamton, New York with expertise and patented discoveries in Lithium-Ion battery technology and manufacturing know how that is powering the World's transition to Electrification. As CBO my primary responsibilities include Global Partnerships to develop Lithium-ion Industry Clusters focused on Battery Cell Manufacturing Plants based on a Joint Venture Strategy. I also am responsible for internal organizational goals and objectives including:• Advise on corporate Strategy formation and execution.• Manage relations with stakeholders, investors, lenders and partners.• Identifying potential joint-venture partners across all jurisdictions worldwide.• Perform due diligence on potential partners and jurisdictions to ensure the highest probability of success.• Participate in pricing, structuring and negotiating licensing, royalty and Joint Venture agreements while managing ongoing relationships with all counterparties and business partners.• Work with and co-ordinate all parts of the supply chain and raw materials suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of turnkey solutions to partners.• Support the international salesforce to ensure consistent and successful delivery of the C4V value proposition to potential stakeholders.• Lead organizational strategy formation and support including increasing headcount, org chart in support of Strategy and identifying key areas of focus. • Ensure internal operations are as efficient and focused as possible.
