Served as a member of the Emergency Department Triage Team, perform all assigned duties related to triaging patients in an Emergency Room setting. Performed patient's assessments and documentation of health issues, 12-Lead Electrocardiograms, administered all medications, started Intravenous Therapy, Patient teaching, Oxygen Therapy, Phlebotomy/Venipuncture, Sutures/Staples removal, splinting and immobilization of factures, trauma management and other assigned duties under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse and Medical Doctor.

Served as the Clincial Manager the clinical nursing staff,consisting of three Licensed Practical Nurses, seven Medical Assistants for a group of eight Urologists. Oversee the day to day clinical operations, preparing staff weekly schedules. Scheduling patients in the clincial scheduling system, as well as work to improve the quality of care provided by the nursing staff ensure contunuity of care for all patients. Established nursing policies and procedures in improve the tracking of medical emergencies telephjone calls received and pharmacy reequest from patients. Served as the nurse liasion between the clinic and other healthcare agencies within the surrounding Waterbury area.
