Scope of Works Pre Tender · Clients Brief on operating requirements· Budget proposal· Concept Layouts for the Clients comments· Issue working layouts & detailed specifications for approval· Issue tender Documents After Tender· Tender review & issue recommendations to client· Issue services DWGS to various consultants· In conjunction with the Project Manager Issue supplier with a detailed Manufacture / Delivery & installation Program· Monitor suppliers manufacture Progress & quality inspections Installation· On site Management overseeing supplier’s installation· Site coordination between the various trades & PM· Supervise commissioning of equipment· Issue Hand over documents· Issue training ProgramAfter Hand Over· Issue equipment supplier an after sales service Program· Issue supplier an on-site spares list· Monitor equipment breakdowns and liaise with supplier on solutions· Review suppliers after sales commitment and report to Client

Once approved, and all agreed terms of trade are met, we issue services drawings for construction. While your facility is being built, you have access to our ‘live’ test kitchen and laundry to begin recipe development and conduct staff training.After completing installation we train your staff in the correct operation of our appliances and follow up several times to ensure your investment provides you with many years of profitable service.
